Responsibilities

• Collates, maintains and updates technical data, specifications and plans of mechanical machineries and equipment, layouts and references related to, or, deemed necessary in facilitating future requirements and studies of the plant.
• Reserves and reorders spare parts.
• Coordinates personnel availability with the maintenance tasks that have to be performed (internal and external).
• Print shop papers (Work Order/MIS).
• Coordinate with production personnel re: schedule of preventive maintenance.
• Checks whether new outstanding malfunction reports and maintenance requests have been created, or whether existing notifications are in process.
• Supports all company programs of the plant.
• Reports all unsafe conditions in the work area to immediate superior for proper action, and makes necessary recommendations, if any.

Requirements

• Graduate from bachelor of mechanical engineering.
• Understand Basic English.
• Computer Literate.
• Acquired knowledge in Brewery operations/systems for at least 3 months.
• Able to communicate ideas.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 22000.
• Basic EHS Awareness.
