About the role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to join our team at PT Bahagia Jaya Sejahtera in Ciawi, Bogor, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.
What you'll be doing
Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and machinery
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with production equipment to minimise downtime
Completing routine inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential problems before they occur
Collaborating with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations
Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Identifying opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures
Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a maintenance role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong technical skills and a good understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance records
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
