Management Trainee (Accounting)

We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates or early career professionals to join our Management Trainee Program in Accounting. This program is designed to develop future leaders in the finance and accounting function through structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience across various accounting areas.

As a Management Trainee in Accounting, you will:

• Participate in structured training covering financial reporting, taxation, cost accounting, and internal controls.

• Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

• Learn to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand financial implications of business operations.

• Rotate through different accounting functions (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, tax, audit, etc.) to build broad exposure.

• Contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives within the finance department.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

• SMK Accounting or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting software () is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fast learner, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to be placed in different departments or locations during the training period.
