Management Trainee (MT) Production

PT Primajaya Eratama is one of Indonesias leading flexible packaging manufacturer established in 1994. The Company is now seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join their team as a Management Trainee (MT) in Production. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the production process, with the ultimate goal of developing the skills and knowledge to become a future leader within the organisation.

Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field with IPK 3.25/4.00
• Fresh Graduate or having max 1 years experience in manufacturing
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Eager to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes is preferred
• Willing to be place in Kosambi Tangerang
