Management Trainee Sales - Mandarin
About the role
Were seeking an experienced and dynamic team to join our team. This is a full-time role based in East Java. you will play a strategic role in driving the growth and development of our products.
What youll be doing
Developing and executing national-level strategies to expand Infinixs Clients offerings and market share
Managing a team of distributors gadget store and clients specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to our Mandarin-speaking clients
Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and internal teams
Identifying new business opportunities and driving the sales process to secure new contracts
Overseeing the delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards
Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Providing expert advice and guidance to the broader organisation on Mocan-related matters
What were looking for
Extensive experience fresh graduate or 1+years experience in sales
Proven track record of successfully leading and expanding Retail-related businesses or service lines
Strong technical expertise in Smartphone technologies, including IoT, artificial intelligence and machine learning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English languages and Mandarin is a plus
