Manager, Coal Handling System

Coal Handling System Manager assist power plant Division head in day to day operational of Coal Handling System, Create and implement SOP for operating the equipment, Supervise and guide activity Coal Handling System personnel, controlling cost operational and Plan to improve Coal Handling System and all supporting machine, spare part availability, to avoid un-plan shut down. Also to ensure that fuel for All Boiler are enough and available.

Job Description:

• Execute production operation management / business process from managing raw material until deliver to the next process to achieve operational excellence (High Productivity, High Quality, Low Cost, On Time Delivery, Safety, Man Power discipline and maintain environment)

• Organize energy and steam consumption of machine operation and improve its performance to achieve low carbon emission

• Planning target/budget execution (Opex & Capex) accurately to achieve target operation in effective & efficient

• Organize resources (Man power, Raw material, consumables, and Machine/Tools) and collaborate with respective department to optimize smooth running operation

Job Requirements:

• S1 Mechanical Engineering / S1 Electrical Engineering /S1 Industrial Engineering/ S1 Chemical Engineering

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in coal handling facilities or a similar heavy industrial environment is typically required, with a track record of supervisory or managerial experience.

• Understanding of the coal supply chain and coal handling processes

• Strong knowledge of CHS equipment, maintenance strategies (e.g., preventive, corrective), and control systems is essential.
