Manager, Equity Analyst

ROLE: This role will be responsible for analysis in the particular, assigned sectors and listed companies by Senior Equity Fund Manager. He/she must keep track of the developments of his/her particular assigned companies, provide timely information to Fund Managers and Investment team, and and give fundamental stock recommendations for buying, selling or holding the equities. The job requires the analyst to work in coordination with other team members and must be willing to take guidance from them.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintain an extensive coverage list of companies assigned by the Senior Equity Fund Manager and keep track of all developments on those companies.
• Write fundamental analysis report (based on analysis and review of financial ratios, cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets) on listed companies.
• Make fundamental stock recommendations (i.e. Buy Sell, or Neutral) to the Fund Managers.
• Regularly visit companies under his/her assigned sector coverages and investigate the supply chain, e.g. communicate with customers, suppliers, and employees of the companies.
• Work in coordination with other team members and pay careful attention to all the latest developments.
• Read industry journals, newspapers, magazines, and online resources to cover the companies under the assigned sectors.
