MANAGER HRGA
Job Vacancy: HR & GA Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
At least 7 years of experience in the HRGA field, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
Experience in setting up a new factory is an added value.
Proven expertise in managing the entire HR cycle.
Strong understanding of Labor Law, payroll systems, BPJS, employee relations, performance management, and workplace safety.
Assertive, communicative, with strong leadership and high integrity.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Experienced in designing and implementing KPI- and SOP-based HR systems.
Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Placement: Kendal.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage all HR functions: recruitment, training & development, payroll, performance appraisal, etc.
Supervise and develop HRIS systems, SOPs, and internal company policies.
Handle industrial relations, including mediation, bipartite meetings, labor permits, and labor audits.
Oversee GA operations: asset management, vehicles, security, cleanliness, and general permits.
Maintain effective communication with all departments and external stakeholders (Labor Office, vendors, etc.).
Provide reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding HR and GA policies.
