Manager Trade Marketing

Job Description:

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the sales department

• Developing, maintaining and executing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors

• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales team to support development, execution and tracking of specific marketing plans required for respective regions

• Achieving the marketing targets with marketing budget and create monthly report of the progress

• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans

• Planning and implementing promotional and trade promo campaigns and coordinate closely with field area sales and distributor

• Manage and improve lead Generation campaigns, Trade promo, SPG and measuring results

• Set up regular reporting, measurement and control system to evaluate results of marketing campaigns

• Lead and direct execution of brand management (i.e. marketing material, literatures, seminars, end-user promotions, product launches, website enhancement, social & professional media, calendar / agendas, etc.)

Requirements of:

• Bachelor degree in PR/marketing/communication or similar

• Strong analytical and project management skills, confident and dynamic personality, strong creative outlook and think outside the box

• Experience 2-3 years in same position as a Marketing Manager/Brand Manager/Trade Marketing Manager or Trade Marketing Executive with related experience in FMCG or Lubricant industry

• Must be able to communicate in English

• Excellent presentations skills

• Able to communicate skillfully in good manner and work under pressure

• Applicants must be willing to travel all over Indonesia
