Job Summary:
We are looking for a Training Manager (LMS & Curriculum Design) to lead the management, optimization, and effectiveness of our Learning Management System (LMS) in a hospital environment. This role focuses on integrating and aligning training modules within the LMS, ensuring optimal utilization, and evaluating learning effectiveness to enhance employee competencies and patient care quality.
Key Responsibilities: 1. LMS Management & Optimization- Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure seamless integration of training modules into the LMS, including compliance, clinical, and soft skills training.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for technical support.
- Analyze user engagement data to identify areas for system and content improvement.
- Develop and align training content within the LMS, ensuring relevance to hospital operations and healthcare regulations.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
- Ensure training materials adhere to instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
- Regularly update and enhance existing modules based on feedback and industry developments.
- Promote and drive adoption of the LMS across all hospital departments.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure employees and management can effectively use the platform.
- Develop user guides and support materials to enhance LMS accessibility and ease of use.
- Implement gamification, certifications, or interactive elements to boost engagement.
- Track and analyze LMS usage, completion rates, and learner performance data.
- Gather feedback through surveys and assessments to measure training effectiveness.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership on training impact and areas for improvement.
- Recommend enhancements based on learning trends and hospital training needs.
- Ensure all LMS content meets healthcare accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with new LMS features, e-learning trends, and best practices to continuously improve the system.
- Collaborate with HR and hospital leadership to align training initiatives with strategic goals.
