Mandarin Speaker

Requirements:

• Mastering Mandarin both oral and written
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
• Posses a property industry career background is preferable
• Maximum 35 yo
• Willing to work on-site at West Jakarta (We also open for Mandarin Speaker for Semarang branch office)

Job Description:

• Understand client property requirement
• Work closely with the relevant division to ensure the provision of property recommendations can run well
• Deliver a property recommendation and ensure the recommendation has met the client requirement
• Follow up client feedback of the recommendation
• Work closely with relevant division to ensure the inspection of property, price negotiation, and other things related to the process of leasing or buying property can run well
• Communicate and build relationship with client
