Job Description

1. Ensuring the ship is ready to carry out operational activities

2. Report all the activities of a vessel and teritorial surrounding the site

3. Plan and conduct regular internal audits for all vessels: 

• Prepare audit plans and provide suggestions to the DPA

• Conduct regular internal audits for all vessels

• Follow up with operational and QHSE teams to resolve audit findings in a timely manner. 

 4. Regular Inspection Check on Hygiene, Conditions the of the crew and facilities abroad

5. Supervise product unloading/loading activities onto tankers, according to established procedures (SOP):

• Check logbooks or ship activity reports and ensure the accuracy of loading and unloading activities

• Check and ensure ship cargo documents: permits, ship readiness/worthiness - Review and ensure Safety and Quality inspection reports comply with applicable regulations 

6. Coordinate with external audit, Appoint external audit for renewal or validation of SMC (Ship Management Certificate) & DOC

7. Coordinate with the ship operations agency at the Branch 

Job Requirement 

• ANT 2/ATT 2 - ATT 1

• 5 Years Experience in the same field 

•  Build good relationships with users

•  Good analytical, problem solving and decision making

•  Customer focus

•  Strong leadership & detail oriented

• Holding a Ceritificate Auditor SMK 3, K3 Umum/Migas, ISM Code, Supervision Surveyor BKI
