Marketing Communication Staff

Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communication, branding, or PR, with at least 2 years

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, media relations, and brand management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

• Ability to think strategically and creatively in developing communication campaigns.

• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Experience in event planning and crisis management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Create marketing materials such as press releases, website content, newsletters, and ads.

• Maintain relationships with media and industry influencers.

• Monitor social media engagement and customer interactions.

• Plan and execute corporate events, product launches, and sponsorships.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
