Bring Clarity to Complexity

• Craft simple, customer-first copy that explains Fuse's products and AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure every piece of content enhances understanding and improves user experience.

Create Persuasive Campaigns

• Develop content for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and social media.
• Translate business objectives into copy that engages and converts across channels.

Champion the Brand Voice

• Ensure all content aligns with Fuse's brand identity, value proposition, and messaging standards.
• Maintain consistency while tailoring tone for different audiences (B2C, B2B, partners).

Think Audience-First

• Write with audience personas in mind: from first-time insurance buyers, or newbie agent to corporate HR decision-makers.

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications.
• Strong writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia & English — clear, concise, persuasive

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
