Marketing Event Planner Assistant Manager
Summary Job Desc.:
Plan and execute creative in-store & external events to drive customer traffic and increase AEON Member acquisition.
Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations that strengthen AEONs brand image.
Build and maintain partnerships with sponsors, vendors, media, and community groups.
Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Advertising, VM, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
Manage event budgets effectively and prepare post-event evaluations for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify trends and create innovative marketing strategies
Requirement :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, PR, Journalism, or related field.
Min. 7 years of experience or min. 2 years experience as Assistant Managerial level in event marketing, communication, or mall promotion.
Creative, proactive, able to work under pressure & flexible schedule.
Strong network in creative & event industries.
Fluent in English (Japanese is a plus).
Skills Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva/Adobe (Ps, Ai) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication & time management skills.
Skilled in team coordination, vendor negotiation & budget management.
Digital savvy with integrated marketing strategy capabilities.
