REQUIREMENTS / PERSYARATAN :

1. Qualifications:

a. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administrations or related field

b. Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in integrated marketing strategy, strategic planning, or related roles

• Experience in B2C environments is a plus

c. Skills:

• Strong communication, coordination & presentation skills

• Strong time management

• Good analytical and critical thinking skills

• Good time management

• Strong project management and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with content platforms and digital marketing channels

d. Competencies:

• Attention to detail

• Solution-driven, agile & self-motivated

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Willingness to learn

• Gender: Male

• Age: 25 - 35 yo

• Based in Greater Jakarta

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY / TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB :

1. Campaign Execution & Rollout

• Translate brand strategy into appropriate execution based on concept developed by Strategy & Plan Team

• Clear understanding on how to rollout plan across different channels: ATL, Digital, Media, PR, CRM, Activation

• Manage development & production of creative materials (KV, OOH, POSM, video, EP & KOL contents) & work closely with Agency (Creative, Digital, Media, PR, Activation) & other related Dept. (Retail)

2. Campaign Monitoring

• Gradually & continuously monitor, evaluate & report campaign performance

• Manage campaign timeline to ensure execution is within timeline & goes accordingly

• Provide insight, learning & recommendation based ongoing campaign performance

• Track campaign budget usage

• Prepare mitigation plan/quick fix for execution related plan

3. Cross-function Collaboration

• Liaise & collaborate with cross-divisions (Corporate Marketing, Category Management, Retail, Sales, etc) and 3rd parties (Agencies and Vendors) to ensure campaign rollout alignment to support campaign objective

• Support creative materials & marcom collaterals for activation purposes (PR & sponsorship event)
