Our client is a premium Indonesian brand specializes in producing high-quality of natural and luxury FMCG.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in building and executing integrated campaigns that drive brand consistency, generate qualified leads, and foster an engaged community around our brand.
The ideal candidate is both a planner and a doer - someone who can think big but is also hands-on in campaign execution.
Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social, events, etc.).
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Design and implement campaigns focused on customer acquisition and lead nurturing.
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel to drive high-quality leads to sales.
- Collaborate with sales to align on lead qualification criteria and pipeline contribution goals.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all marketing efforts align with our tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
- Oversee creation of compelling content (blogs, case studies, videos, email campaigns, etc.) that supports awareness and conversion.
- Track brand metrics and audience perception to guide brand positioning.
- Grow and engage our customer and prospect communities across channels (social, forums, events, etc.).
- Manage partnerships, ambassador programs, and community-led initiatives.
- Listen to the voice of the community and bring insights back to the business.
- Track, measure, and report on key marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Use analytics and insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
- Own and manage marketing budget to ensure ROI-positive initiatives.
- Professional marketer with at least 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role handling 360 marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, digital channels, and content strategy.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing or building community programs is a strong plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG or luxury industry would be advantageous.
