Marketing Manager

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and profitability.

  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Digital Marketing to ensure alignment.

  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver effective advertising and communication campaigns.

  • Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and ROI analysis.

  • Ensure brand awareness across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years in a marketing managerial role experience. Preferably in the FMCG industry (drinks category).

  • Proven experience in brand management, campaign planning, and product innovation.

  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing & e-commerce platforms.

  • Excellent project management, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
