About the Project
This role supports a high-profile marketing team operating at the intersection of public responsibility, the impact and ecosystem growth and creator marketing in Indonesia. You'll lead responsibility programmes, connect with relevant moments, and work closely with policy partners to strengthen the brand's reputation and impact locally while driving respective creator-facing initiatives.
In addition, you will work closely with external stakeholders such as Government bodies, regulators, NGOs, cross-functional teams and external agencies. You will shape local narratives, bring them to life through campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
Activations, Campaigns, Amplification
Design and deliver initiatives and activations that bring responsibility programmes to life, including events, campaigns, and cultural moments.
Drive amplification through integrated marketing, ensuring clear measurement and strong performance outcomes.
Plan and execute creator-focused initiatives for key Indonesian cultural moments (e.g., SMB Day, National Education Day, Teachers Day).
Manage end-to-end execution across different stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Collaboration
Partner with external organisations (e.g. NGOs, policy bodies, industry groups) to co-create and scale responsibility initiatives.
Work closely with Government Affairs & Public Policy (GAPP) and other cross-functional teams to design programmes that align with national narratives (Creative Economy, Digital Responsibility, etc.).
Support reputation-building initiatives through strong alignment between marketing, policy, and external stakeholders.
Identify new partnership opportunities that strengthen ecosystem health and brand reputation.
Creator Engagement
Lead creator programmes centred around responsibility topics, with a strong focus on child safety.
Engage creators and KOLs to drive credible, culturally relevant narratives across the community.
Use local insights to shape programmes that create real impact and long-term trust.
Develop recommendations that support both creator growth and responsibility objectives.
About You
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years' experience in marketing across product marketing, events, or social brand marketing.
Proven experience managing end-to-end programmes and events: timeline management, go-to-market planning, narrative development, creative briefing, social amplification, and on-ground logistics.
Solid understanding of Indonesia's political and regulatory landscape, and how it intersects with brand reputation.
Experience running events that involve high-profile individuals: from KOFs to top-tier creators.
Direct experience working with NGOs, government bodies, policy makers, creators and KOLs.
A proactive self-starter who is able to move fast, think ahead, and build trusted relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape.
Strong track record of managing cross-team, cross-functional projects.
Fluency in English and Indonesian.
