Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Strategist for After Sales - BME Hospital, your role is to develop strategic and creative marketing programs that enhance the visibility, trust, and growth of idsMED's after-sales service in hospitals. You will focus on building engagement programs, service campaigns, and educational initiatives that position idsMED as a reliable partner beyond the point of sale.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing marketing programs that promote contract service, maintenance plans, and after-sales initiatives for hospital clients
Creating customer engagement campaigns such as loyalty programs, service anniversary reminders, hospital service workshops, and clinical support initiatives
Collaborating with the service team to develop branding and communication tools that highlight service excellence (e.g., reports, certificates, case studies)
Supporting the development of marketing collaterals: brochures, decks, digital content, and WhatsApp campaign kits
Organizing and supporting events or touchpoints for hospital clients (e.g., appreciation events, hospital roadshows, free check-up weeks)
Conducting research and gathering feedback from hospitals to continuously improve after-sales service positioning
Tracking and reporting the effectiveness of each program using relevant KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding or passion for healthcare & medical equipment industry, especially in service and maintenance
1-2 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign development, or service branding
Strategic and creative mindset - able to turn technical service offerings into engaging customer programs
Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in cross-functional collaboration
Able to work independently, manage timelines, and take ownership of projects
Fun, proactive personality - comfortable interacting with both internal teams and hospital clients
