ABOUT THE JOB:

Ifyou have a winning attitude, and are highly motivated, we have exciting Ad Techsales representative/ manager positions selling media products and services.This position is responsible for keeping relationships with media plannersacross agencies and generate opportunities and revenue through the sale of ouradvertising products and services.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Youmust think and act like a sales hunter, Aggressive sales activity is expected.

● Prospectingthrough new leads, media planners relationship management and hunting,existing relationships, promotional events, and other sources.

● Ensurea strong metrics focused approach is applied in business planning andexecution.

● Effectivelydrive the implementation of concepts and client briefs with internal teams.

● Desireto be proficient in company products and services across digital advertising

● Bewilling to work as part of a team.

● Strongdesire to bring positive energy and urge to excel in sales.

● Keenability to understand big picture and strategy yet pay attention to detail.

● Abilityto multitask and balance the needs of multiple departments within the functionand multiple brands outside

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

● Associatesor bachelors degree in Business, marketing and Related field

● Priorexperience in similar role

● Excellentcommunication in Bahasa Indonesia and English

● Proficiencyin numbers, and Microsoft Suite Office etc

● Strongverbal and written communication skills

● Abilityto multitask and meet tight deadlines

● Worktowards achieving targets

● ForRep role: minimum of 2 years of experience in adtech sales or similar industrysales role

● Formanager role, minimum 4 years of experience in adtech sales and connects withagency
