About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Malang. 

  • Our client is a Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for MES System Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze user requirements, translating them into clear product needs and prioritizing effectively.

  • Lead and support MES system optimization post-implementation, including collecting feedback, proposing improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.

  • Organize demand and solution review sessions to ensure team alignment and successful solution delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including R&D, testing, and operations—to coordinate MES system activities.

  • Drive and monitor the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the MES system.

  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

  • Business English proficiency (able to communicate effectively with foreigners regarding technical matters).

  • Min. 6 years as MES Engineer in manufacture, experienced in maintaining, troubleshooting, and developing system.

  • Willing to work in Malang.

  • Good analytical and problem solving skill, good communication skill, initiative, and good work ethics.

Preferable Skill / Experience:

  • Able to speak in Mandarin
