Job Description:
Manage , configure, and maintain related to Microsoft Environment
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users related to M365 issues
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure components.
Deliver documentation related to microsoft products for monthly reports
Create and update technical documentation for IT staff and end-users related to microsoft products
Coordinate with microsoft principal teams to deliver solutions ( if escalation needed )
Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Have min 3 years experience in Microsoft Exchange, O365 AD
Certification: MCSA (MUST HAVE), MCSE, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
Have knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Active Directory Security, Azure AD, O365, SQL Server, Windows Server
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
