Uraian Tugas:
Mengelola & bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya kegiatan penagihan A/R overdue (keterlambatan pembayaran) secara tepat waktu.
Mengunjungi nasabah dalam rangka penagihan kepada nasabah.
Membantu cabang dalam proses penanganan mitra bermasalah.
Mencapai target yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Melakukan Penarikan unit nasabah bermasalah
Kualifikasi:
Terbuka untuk non pengalaman
Minimal usia 18 tahun
Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan berorientasi pada target
Memiliki kegiatan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik, negosiasi, integritas, ulet, teliti, dan jujur
Memiliki Kartu SPPI (jika ada akan menjadi nilai tambah)
