Job DescriptionThe Mixologist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional and memorable beverage experience to our guests. As a skilled and creative professional, the Mixologist is responsible for crafting innovative, high‑quality cocktails that reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence. This Posisi contributes directly to Posisiing the bar as a destination for distinctive and elevated drinking experiences.
QualificationsTo qualify for this Posisi, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality or any related field. In addition, they must have at least five years of experience in high‑end mixology, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale establishment. They should have demonstrated expertise in creating and presenting artisanal cocktails and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest service standards. Candidates must also possess a deep understanding of current beverage trends, a proven track record in crafting innovative cocktail menus, and excellent leadership skills.
Additional InformationMixology Knowledge and Skills: A strong foundation in mixology is essential. The Mixologist should possess in‑depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing, along with a refined understanding of flavour balance and drink presentation.
Experience in High‑End Establishments: Previous experience in upscale bars, luxury hotels, or reputable cocktail establishments is highly desirable.
