The MT Operations Assistant Manager plays a critical role in the sales department, focusing on enhancing the company's presence in the modern trade market. This position requires an individual who is not only skilled in sales and marketing but also possesses extensive knowledge of market dynamics within Indonesia. 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the modern trade sector, specifically focusing on the modern trade market in Indonesia.

3. Experienced with promotional strategies and data analysis.

4. Technical/Functional Skills:

• In-depth understanding of the modern trade market structure and dynamics in Indonesia.

• Proficient in planning and executing promotional and trade marketing programs.

• Skilled in sales data analysis and forecasting.

• Experienced in using ERP systems and analytical tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel & PPT.

• Familiarity with supply chain, distribution, and inventory management processes in modern trade.
