Molding leader

Job Description:As a Team Leader in our plastic injection molding department, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of operators, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. You will work closely with management to drive continuous improvement and provide leadership in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of machine operators in the injection molding department.
• Ensure production schedules are met in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor and maintain production quality by overseeing processes and conducting inspections.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Track and report on production performance and KPIs to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a plastic injection molding environment.
• Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and machinery.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
• Experience as a team leader at least 1 year in Manufacturing company
