About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Head to join our team at PT Tunas Honda, a leading automotive company in Indonesia. This full-time position is based in East Kalimantan and requires the ability to be placed anywhere in Indonesia as needed.

What youll be doing

• Oversee and manage all administrative operations for our Tunas Honda business division

• Ensure efficient and effective administrative processes, including document management, correspondence, scheduling, and other support functions

• Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to support the broader business objectives

• Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What were looking for

• Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software

• Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to be placed in different locations as needed
