About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia as a National Promotor Manager - Tecno Indonesia. In this full-time, office-based role located in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing a team of brand promoters and driving the promotion and visibility of the Tecno mobile phone brand across Indonesia.
What you'll be doing
Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand promoters to effectively represent the Tecno brand in retail outlets and at promotional events
Develop and implement national promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales of Tecno mobile devices
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns
Monitor and analyze sales data and brand performance, providing insights to inform future strategies
Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure optimal in-store visibility and product placement
Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management
What we're looking for
Proven track record in sales, marketing, or brand management, preferably within the consumer electronics or telecommunication industries
Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of brand ambassadors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM and sales reporting tools
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
