Job Des :

  1. Perform First Article Approval for parts

  2. monitoring NPI built product from SMT until Back End

  3. Manage Product Transfer and project schedule

  4. Work closely with various departments in planning, coordinating and directing a variety of projects

  5. Creature and maintain Approved Manufacturing List (AML)

  6. Create and maintain the BOM including ECN

  7. Coordinate DFM with design team

  8. Liase with customers and plant team for all technicial issues related to product and raw material

  9. Conduct Project Kick-Off meeting with all departments when the project is confirmed to launch

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering

  2. Knowledge of Product Development & Manufacturing Processes (DFM, DFA, DFT)

  3. Konwledge in Quality Control & Risk Assessment (FMEA, PPAP, APQP)

  4. Knowlegde of EMS Industry Standard

  5. 5 years experience in product development and process engineering in Electronics Manufacturing

  6. Experience in NPI, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and Production Transfer is highly valued.

  7. Able to communicate in English well
