OD Specialist (Project)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Organization Development, Human Capital, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks and performance management systems.

• Proven experience in organizational design, talent development, and change management.

• Solid understanding of Human Capital structure and functions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with HRIS and system development.

• Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Strong analytical skills to assess organizational needs and propose effective improvements.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strategic mindset.

• Fluency in English is an advantage.
