Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Business Analyst (Accounting Stream). The key responsibilities include:

• Conducting business analysis to understand and document business processes and requirements.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and translating them into functional requirements for Odoo ERP implementations.

• Evaluating, configuring, and testing Odoo modules to align with business requirements, mainly in Invoicing & Accounting modules.

• Developing custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

• Providing training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the Odoo ERP system.

• Supporting project management activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support for Odoo system users.

• Ensuring successful deployment and user adoption of Odoo ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Business Analysis and understanding Business Processes

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and configure Odoo modules

• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members

• Experience in documenting Business Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

• Ability to work independently and on-site to Goja Solutions office and clients office as necessary

• Experience with Odoo ERP systems is a must

• Accounting knowledge is a must

• Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
