Architectural Specifier

We are seeking an Architecture Specifier to join our team and help shape the way construction professionals select materials for their projects. This role focuses on preparing Outline Specifications and supporting professionals in making informed product decisions based on technical performance, aesthetics, and design compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Outline Specifications for ongoing construction and architectural projects.

• Research and evaluate building materials, finishes, and systems from various suppliers.

• Recommend appropriate products based on project requirements and provide clear reasoning behind each choice.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to align material specifications with project goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations in the construction and design space.

• Communicate material selections clearly through documentation and, when needed, presentations or meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in an architectural/design firm or related industry.

• Strong interest in building materials, construction systems, and architectural detailing.

• Good communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical ideas clearly and professionally.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with a solid understanding of design logic.

• Proactive and willing to learn about new materials, products, and performance standards.
