HRGA Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operational processes (recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, compliance & policy administration, training & development, reporting, employer branding, etc.).

  • ⁠Plan and coordinate cross-department projects to ensure delivery according to quality standards, within budget, and on schedule.

  • ⁠Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders regarding HR and project updates.

  • ⁠⁠Handle General Affair tasks, including office asset management, operational vehicle administration, facility maintenance, and coordination of company logistics needs.

  • ⁠⁠Organize and monitor the use of company operational vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance with usage regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or a related field.

  • ⁠2-3 years of working experience as an HR Generalist with proven experience in General Affair.

  • ⁠Must possess a valid SIM A (car driving license)

  • ⁠⁠Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

  • ⁠⁠Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • ⁠⁠Proven track record in managing projects from initiation to completion.

  • ⁠⁠Proficiency in HR software and relevant computer skills
