Office Administrator

Golden Tree is looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our Bali office. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, covering everything from utilities and office supplies to business travel arrangements and financial coordination with our outsourced accounting team. We are seeking a reliable and proactive professional who will not only take ownership of ongoing administrative tasks but also support future projects, including potential office relocations and the opening of new offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payments for utilities and related services (electricity, internet, banjar contributions, waste disposal, etc.).

  • Ensure the office is fully supplied with necessary materials (stationery, beverages, cleaning products).

  • Monitor and maintain office condition, including supervision of cleaning staff.

  • Organize travel arrangements for employees, including flight and hotel bookings.

  • Collect, verify, and forward primary financial documents (receipts, invoices, contracts) for accounting and tax reporting purposes.

  • Coordinate courier deliveries within Bali.

  • Conduct monthly inventory checks of company assets (appliances, furniture, etc.).

  • Manage issuance and return of office equipment for new and departing employees.

  • Enter payment orders and purchase requests into the system in cooperation with the accounting department.

  • Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in large international companies or well-established organizations in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bali.

  • Background in construction, real estate development, property management, or international hotel chains (e.g., Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Aston, Novotel) is highly valued.

  • Additional experience or education in design, marketing, or architecture is an advantage.

  • Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (Advanced level, both written and spoken).

  • Native-level Indonesian (knowledge of Javanese is an advantage).

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence to provide constructive feedback to colleagues and management when necessary.
