Office Manager - Mandarin Translator
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes.
Maintain company records, filing systems, and ensure document confidentiality.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff.
Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.
Translate a variety of documents (e.g., contracts, internal memos, technical documents) from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia/English and vice versa.
Provide accurate, real-time oral interpretation during meetings, conferences, or visits involving Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Assist management in communicating effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, staff or parent companies.
Ensure the consistency and quality of all translated materials, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mandarin is required, proficiency in English is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or Personal Assistant.
Experience working in a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and Taiwan-invested company is highly preferred
Experience in team building, customer reception management, ISO, data analysis, and administrative.
