Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operational activities related to export and import processes, liaise with customers and external partners, ensure timely and accurate shipment and documentation handling, monitor shipment tracking, manage operational costs, and support smooth execution of logistics and supply chain operations

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Manage and support daily export and import operations in accordance with Perusahaan procedures and regulations.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, vendors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders regarding shipment requirements and schedules.
• Ensure all shipping documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Monitor operational costs and support cost control initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with Perusahaan policies, customs regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes.

Requirement:

• Able to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Knowledge of export and import operational processes.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Able to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of shipments and related documents.
• Capable of monitoring shipment status and performing cost control activities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
