Operation Staff - Japan Marketing (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description :

1. Create Group Quotation in Japanese writen.

2. Email correspondence in Japanese and English.

3. Create contract with Hotels / Suppliers.

4. Handling Group In House / Event. 

Qualifications :

1. Fluent in English and Japanese (Reading, Writing and Speaking). 

2. MUST have Japan Language Proficiency Test Certification Level 2 (N2).

3. Diploma / S1 with related field.

4. Experience in Tourism / Tours & Travel.

5. Able to operate computer and excellent in Microsoft Office (Words, Excell, Power Point)

6. Must have good attitude, politeness, good communication, customer oriented, attention to detail, willing to work with fast responses.
