A Coffee Shop in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new revenue opportunities including wholesale accounts, events, collaborations and retail expansions
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and strategic partners
Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase footfall and brand awareness
Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficient service delivery
Maintain high standards of coffee quality and overall customer experience
Monitor and analyze sales, costs and profitability, implementing improvements where necessary
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team
Foster a positive, collaborative and service-driven work culture
Deliver exceptional customer service and engagement standards
Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position within hospitality, F&B, coffee or related industries
Strong track record of securing partnerships, driving sales and executing successful marketing campaigns
Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and inspire
Deep understanding of brand-building and customer experience design in premium hospitality
Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
Strong financial acumen: experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and identifying new revenue streams
