- Position Summary*
- Were looking for passionate and adaptable Operations Support to join our team.
Ideal candidates should have a strong experience in Operations Support.
- Role and Responsibilities Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
- Conduct simple market research for weekly market insight report*
- Skills and Qualifications Min bachelors degrees in business administration, MBA, language and literature or any related masters degrees from reputable universities will be point plus.
- Min. 2 years of experience on Business Administration with some supervisory skills.
- Good team building and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good in communication, effective verbal and written communications skills (incl. with local people).
- A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making.
- A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment - balanced and solid stress and time management skills.
- Provide efficient and effective translation management and follow compliance operational standard
- Creating weekly and monthly report translations.
- The candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all related Project Management, reporting, sensing (market/tech) between Indonesia - Korea and audit coordination for either a Group or significant project area and has preferably overseen a human resources function previously (within a project).
- Positive personality with a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in both *
- English & Korean**(verbal, written) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to track project progress and contribute to successful outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
