Function Operations, Engineering and Maintenance

• Conduct operational activities at the WWTP, managing waste and ensuring compliance with SOPs and SHE team directions.
• Safely operate WWTP machines and ensure water needs meet operational requirements.
• Ensure WWTP product output meets specified parameters.
• Adhere to health and safety principles, following instructions, procedures, and schedules.
• Use chemicals efficiently to achieve standardized control limits.
• Properly use, maintain, and store equipment and work tools.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and on process machines.
• Notify superiors about expiring licenses and calibrations for equipment and personnel.
• Complete data related to operational activities and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum high school/vocational high school/diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Waste Water Treatment Plant, particularly with waste water from palm oil processes.
• Knowledge of B3 waste management.
• Proficiency in operating WWTP machines and related equipment.
• Understanding of WWTP technology, materials, and processes.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good understanding of processes to provide accurate troubleshooting in case of operational issues.
• Willingness to be placed in Bandar Lampung.
• Ability to work in a shifting schedule and perform overtime when necessary.
