Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Retail Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7 - 15 years of total experience in ERP / Retail systems, with substantial hands‑on experience in Oracle Retail Cloud, including MFCS (Merchandising Financial Cloud Service) and strong functional exposure to RMS, SIM, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, and related Oracle Retail modules.
  • Strong expertise in retail merchandising financial concepts, SQL/PLSQL, batch processing (Unix/Linux), and end‑to‑end Oracle Retail implementations and production support.
  • Exposure to Oracle Retail Cloud Applications, Pricing Cloud Services, Invoice Matching Cloud Services, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred.
  • Oracle Retail certifications or deep domain experience in fashion or specialty retail are highly advantageous.

Must have:

Oracle Retail MFCS Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS (Merchandising Financial Cloud Service) in Cloud environments.
  • In-depth understanding of core merchandising financial concepts such as item/Lokasi hierarchy, cost, retail, margin, stock ledger, and financial reconciliation.
  • Experience configuring and supporting MFCS functionalities including foundation data, financial calculations, and batch processing.
  • Ability to analyze MFCS data flows and ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream systems.

Oracle Retail Functional Knowledge

  • Solid functional understanding of Oracle Retail suite, including:

-RMS (Retail Merchandising System)

-SIM (Store Inventory Management)

-RPM (Retail Price Management)

-ReIM (Retail Invoice Matching)

-ReSA (Retail Sales Audit)

-RTM (Retail Trade Management), where applicable

  • Understanding of end-to-end retail business processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, pricing, promotions, and inventory lifecycle.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Experience in Pricing Cloud Services module (PCS)
  • Experience in Invoice Matching Cloud Services module (IMCS)

SQL / PLSQL

  • Strong expertise in SQL and PLSQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze complex queries, packages, procedures, and views used within Oracle Retail applications.
  • Hands-on experience in resolving data issues related to financial postings, stock ledger, and accounting entries.

Unix / Batch Framework

  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments used in Oracle Retail deployments.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Retail batch programs, scheduling, dependencies, restartability, and error handling.
  • Ability to analyze batch failures, interface issues, and coordinate corrective actions.

Techno-Functional & Customer Interaction Skills.

  • Experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) for Oracle Retail solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across functional, technical, and data layers.
  • Experience acting as SPOC for customer interactions, including requirement discussions, issue resolution, and status reporting.

Good to have:

Additional Oracle Retail Cloud Applications

  • Exposure to or working knowledge of other Oracle Retail Cloud modules, such as:

-Pricing

-ReIM

-ReSA

-SIOCS (Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service)

  • Understanding of cross-module integrations and data synchronization within Oracle Retail Cloud ecosystem.

Implementation & Support Experience

  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Retail implementations, including requirement gathering, design, SIT/UAT support, and production go-live.
  • Strong background in production support, including incident management, root-cause analysis, and service stabilization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes is an advantage.

Performance & Optimization

  • Knowledge of SQL performance tuning techniques, including execution plan analysis and query optimization.
  • Experience handling high-volume retail transactional and financial data.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based deployment, environments, and monitoring aspects related to Oracle Retail applications.

Soft Skills & Domain Exposure

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance.
  • Prior experience in fashion or specialty retail domain is a plus.
