Organization Development Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance and agility

• Facilitate change management processes, including communication, training, and coaching

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

• Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent

• Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, screening, and onboarding

• Design and deliver leadership development programs

• Implement succession planning initiatives

• Establish and implement performance management frameworks and processes

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Develop performance improvement plans and monitor progress

• Implement performance-based reward and recognition programs

• Oversee the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and consistency

• Provide guidance and support to managers on conducting effective performance appraisals

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
