Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience

• Previous experience in HR consultancy is a strong advantage

• Possess strong skills in effective interactive communication, conflict resolution, and creative thinking to address organizational challenges effectively.

• Proficient in data analysis and advanced Excel, ensuring accurate insights and solutions for organizational development initiatives.
