Outlet Area Manager

Job description:

• Managing 4 Outlet Sincere (area Bandung), maintaining and ensuring all basic store operations are running well.

• Managing target day to day operations such as QC Score, Mystery Shopper, KPI, People Development, Inventory, and more.

• Visiting stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of each area.

• Monitoring sales and working towards meeting monthly objectives.

• Maximizing sales and profitability across the stores in the area.

• Responding accordingly to effectively handle complaints and offer good solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Conducting administrative tasks related to the field.

• Ready for placement in Bandung.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Area Manager (F&B experience is highly preferred).

• Able to analyze Sales performance and boost sales productivity.

• Willing to travel to each outlet during working hours.
