⚙️ About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Paint Shop QC Group Leader to lead and supervise quality control activities within the Paint Shop production area. This role will be responsible for ensuring paint quality standards, managing inspection and buy-off processes, leading QC manpower alLokasi, and driving continuous improvement activities to achieve high product quality and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive paint quality systems, team management, defect analysis, and paint process inspection within automotive manufacturing environments.

✅ Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, Automotive Technology, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Control Supervisor in Automotive Painting Perusahaan
• Strong experience in automotive paint shop quality processes including ED coating, sealers, primer, basecoat, clearcoat, and plastic painting processes
• Experience in inspection and validation of painted body and plastic part quality characteristics such as DFT, adhesion, gloss, color, and EMT
• Familiar with lot inspection processes for paint shop materials including chemicals, sealers, ED, and topcoat paints
• Experience in manpower management, employee development, competency evaluation, and training activities
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards such as IPQS, CVIS, VCA, and stage quality management systems
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
• Must Fluent in English
• Willing to work in shifts or crew-based operations
