PAINTING FOREMAN

We are looking for a Painting Foreman, you will be responsible for supervise and coordinate painting operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety, plan daily workloads and allocate manpower for painting processes, monitor and maintain painting equipment, tools, and materials, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and company quality standards, conduct inspections and oversee finishing quality before delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering

Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply

Have experience in a painting or finishing in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Knowledge of painting techniques, coating materials, and safety regulations is a plus

Strong leadership and analytical skills

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and problem-solving abilities
