People & Organization Development Staff
Job Description:
Manage training needs, including preparing training schedules, coordinating with trainers, and supporting the implementation of internal and external training programs.
Assist in the development of organizational structure and job descriptions.
Support the implementation of talent reviews, talent pool development, and talent data management.
Assist in monitoring the performance evaluation cycle, including KPI tracking and documentation.
Perform administrative tasks and reporting related to training, Organization Development (OD), Talent Management (TM), and Performance Management System (PMS).
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR development functions such as training, organization development, talent management, or performance management.
Solid understanding of training processes, KPI management, talent review, and organizational structure.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail in handling data and reports.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Intermediate-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
