What youll be doing

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

• Maintain a clean and organised dining area

• Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns

• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area as needed

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of service

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Friendly, polite and customer-focused attitude

• Familiarity with food service operations and industry regulations
