About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at PT Aero Teknika Global Indonesia in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior executives and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative and organisational skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What youll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel arrangements

  2. Handling and prioritising incoming communications, such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and ensuring timely and effective responses

  3. Organising and maintaining office systems, files, and records to ensure efficient operations

  4. Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as required

  5. Coordinating and supporting various projects and events as needed

  6. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and providing excellent customer service

What were looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role

  2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels

  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  5. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude

  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
